We invest 4 – 6 hours of pre and post prep time per week for project support of key strategies by our experienced, certified business coach/consultants and support team- completing program materials with a comprehensive, tailored strategy that is aligned with your business and personal goals. We develop and deliver weekly Summary and Action Items outlined and sent to track weekly progress and results by Business Coach and Client.

We invest 3 – 4 hours into pre and post prep time per week for project support of key strategies by our experienced, certified business coaches and consultants and support team- completing program materials which are aligned with your business and personal goals. We develop and deliver weekly Summary and Action Items outlined and sent to track weekly progress and results by Business Coach and Client.
This is a customized tiered fee program tied to actual performance improvement in your business. This program offers a lower base fee with a Performance Fee as an incentive to the Business Consultant/Coach to maximize your business growth and performance results. This plan is used with either the Growth Accelerator or Growth Management Plans and the fee structure is adjusted so that Waters Business Consulting Group subsidizes their fees with the performance Incentive.
These programs are designed for emerging entrepreneurs, small businesses and growth oriented businesses, wanting a reduced monthly base fee with an aggressive, strategic plan using tactical implementations tied to successful improvements and results that are shared with the business consultant/coach. The base fee and performance fee is always capped at our standard program fee, so ongoing performance improvements in your business fall into your bottom line.

This one-time project provides comprehensive research and analysis of clients Industry and assess the Client’s current business model and financial trends to develop a Strategic Plan and framework for the business owner to execute the strategy for success. Project engagement includes design of a Strategic Plan based on past profit and loss trends and development of a profit and loss forecast linked to key performance metrics which are aligned with the business and ownership goals.
This analysis and preparation establishes a performance baseline so that improvement results are measured against the baseline and adjustments can be made to the strategy if needed. This plan can be used with any of the Growth Accelerator or Growth Management Plans after Initial project completion in the case where the Client wishes to engage Waters Business Consulting Group’s monthly Coaching/Consulting services. Fee structures are adjusted to monthly program fees.

Investments in your team is invaluable and rewarding. We provide scheduled workshops, consulting, coaching and advising sessions which are customized to fit your business needs and budget on a frequency that works best for you and your team. Workshops are usually within the Phoenix, Arizona area, however we are available for commutes to Nevada, California, and New Mexico per additional request and fees.
This program utilizes Group Coaching/Consulting with 3-5 other business owners in non-competing businesses. Group Business Coaching sessions are:

If you are not completely satisfied with the current month’s coaching/consulting sessions, you will receive 100% of your paid monthly investment for that month, less any project fees, program materials and DISC assessments. The guarantee applies to the programs and fees at “standard fee” rate minimums of $2,500 and up, and for the most current month paid, after 90 days.

Everything discussed and disclosed during any and all coaching sessions and conversations will be held in the strictest confidence in accordance to all laws, in addition to corporate and personal ethical standards. John Waters and the Business Consultants/Coaches of Waters Business Consulting Group are proud to hold our consulting/coaching practice to the highest of standards similar to that of Physicians, Lawyers, Psychiatric practitioners and other elite professionals.
Our services are month-to-month (after 3 month minimum commitment) so you are not locked in to any long term financial contract. We have Services Agreements and a Scope of Work that spells out specific service offerings; incentives and expectations for both the client and the coach. The incentives are offered at the discretion of Waters Business Consulting Group to enhance the Consulting/Coaching Program offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
