Visual Graphx is a large-format printing and visual branding company founded by a family patriarch and later operated by his two sons. The business specialized in banners, decals, stickers, signage, and vehicle wraps, serving both local businesses and larger commercial clients.
Waters Business Consulting Group engaged with what was then 2CT Media in January 2021, during a critical transition period marked by misalignment between the two partner-brothers. One brother was primarily focused on strategic growth, investment, and long-term direction, while the other concentrated on day-to-day operations. This imbalance created tension around leadership authority, decision-making, and contribution to business growth.
At the same time, the company was reassessing its organizational structure, employee expectations, compensation systems, and overall market positioning. Internal instability, coupled with unresolved ownership dynamics, limited the company’s ability to scale despite strong technical capabilities and healthy margins.
Waters Business Consulting Group was brought in to provide structure, facilitate alignment between ownership, and help position the business for sustainable growth.
