Arizona Total Home Restoration (“ATH”) is a property restoration company based in Mesa, Arizona, serving residential and commercial clients across the Phoenix metropolitan area. The company provides emergency and remediation services related to water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and reconstruction, often coordinating time-sensitive work across both mitigation and rebuild phases.
As the business grew, leadership wanted a better operational structure and financial visibility to support sustainable growth and improved margins. They also wanted to reduce day-to-day owner dependence by building departmental autonomy and establishing clearer accountability.
Waters Business Consulting Group was re-engaged to help ATH develop and execute a strategic growth plan with stronger forecasting, KPI visibility, and operational discipline—particularly across mitigation and rebuild operations. The proposal scope included strategic planning and ongoing coaching beginning in January 2023, with work focused on scaling volume, improving cash flow predictability, strengthening workflow and staffing infrastructure, and supporting marketing and business development systems.
