C&S Roofing is the operating name of Patterson Construction, a family-owned roofing company with roots dating back to 1958. Founded by Harold Benard Patterson, the company has operated continuously for more than 60 years, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Throughout its history, the company has never had a complaint filed against its contractor's license and has served thousands of satisfied customers.
Today, the business is owned and operated by Harold Patterson's grandson, Collin Patterson, and his wife, Susan. Together, they continue the family's tradition of excellence under the DBA C&S Roofing (Collin & Susan Roofing). While expanding the company's capabilities and service areas, Collin and Susan remain committed to the same values that built the Patterson family legacy—honest service, quality craftsmanship, and lasting relationships with every customer.
In 2020, C&S Roofing hit somewhat of a plateau in growth and realized they would greatly benefit from the experience and insight provided by an outside consulting company.
