As the founder of Heller Piano Moving & Storage, he oversees operations, scheduling, customer relationships, financial management, and business development. This experience has given him firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face, including managing people, improving margins, building efficient systems, and maintaining consistent service.
Austin earned his degree in civil engineering and began his career in engineering and construction-related roles. His broad background allows him to approach business challenges from both a technical and operational perspective.
