Andrew Leone is a Client Project Coordinator with Waters Business Consulting Group, where he supports the consulting team by managing client documentation, coordinating engagement logistics, and turning client working sessions into structured notes, action items, and next steps. He brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach and enjoys finding the operational and financial issues hiding underneath a conversation and turning them into a clear plan.
His background includes experience in financial planning and analysis, private equity research, and strategy case work. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern at Genesee & Wyoming, he built financial and revenue models, supported monthly and quarterly reporting, and helped develop an AI-driven framework to streamline recurring reporting work. This experience has given him firsthand insight into how businesses make decisions under real financial and operational pressure.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, graduating May 2028. He is passionate about learning how businesses actually operate and helping owners build more profitable, efficient, and well-run companies.
