Ava-Dawn has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, policy administration, and human resource management. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors in Professional Management. She has worked in various roles in the manufacturing and hospitality industries in both the private and public sectors. Ava works with WBCG as a Client Summary Transcriptionist; a critical part of the weekly meeting process held with clients. Specifically, she captures the key points of each Consulting Session and organizes them in an easily understandable and clear Summary Report that we use to help clients take action towards their goals. Outside of work, Ava-Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, family, and friends watching sports and visiting attractions, especially rivers, beaches, and waterfalls.
