The knowledge John shares comes from an extraordinarily successful career that encompasses roles of recruiter, business development manager, sales manager, trainer, customer experience expert, mentor, branch, area and regional manager.
The base of John’s business acumen comes from one of the world’s largest privately held organizations, where he learned the value of people and their empowerment as the main ingredient to expected outcomes. Since then he has utilized those skills in recruiting and as a leadership advisor and consultant.
John’s customer service experience includes small and large staffing firms covering temporary/contract and executive search, business development in
healthcare both public and private sectors and 21 years involvement in the development of a midsize rental car agency to the largest in the world.
John has studied and created a number of innovative programs and
techniques producing dramatic results in customer experience and sales for the organizations he has worked with. Joining the Waters Business Consulting Group is a natural progression as the shared values of enhancing the organizational culture of our business partners is a benefit to both company and its team members.
John enjoys being entertained by those that excel in their fields; live music, sporting events, theater, dining, movies and TV. He actively participates in shooting sports, travel, golf, swimming and water polo. He has traveled to many points in the world, is only 8 Stadiums shy from completing the entire MLB circuit and is a proud University of Redlands Bulldog.
